Client:

Budget:
20000
Industry:
Life science/Healthcare

CHALLENGE DESCRIPTION

HIV/AIDS is the leading cause of death among adolescent girls and young women age 15-24 in sub-Saharan Africa, a region that also has high rates of TB. Our client is deeply engaged in reducing their risk. The project should develop an out-of-the-box approach to remedy the situation.

For this project, which could have a major impact on HIV/AIDS, we are looking for individuals to compete with brief, written contributions. You would eventually form a team composed of a variety of professional backgrounds and perspectives, ranging from private to public sector, young to more experienced public health, policy, and other experts, consultants, medical personnel, industry professionals, technologists, communicators, academics, government, and IGO/NGO-personnel with sub-Saharan Africa experience, insight, or access, particularly in the adolescent girl segment. A minimum of one of the team members is expected to have strong project/consulting management experience.

NB: The max. compensation per team member is $5000 up to a max of $20,000 if the challenge is awarded to a 4 person team. Whilst they/you are free to compete to join and contribute to the team solution, no government officials or practicing physicians may receive payment as part of this project.
